Our integrated team of chiropractors, physiotherapists & osteopaths work collaboratively to identify the root cause of your condition and build a structured recovery plan so it stops returning. 3 Disciplines. 1 Collaborative Plan.
Our Core Services
Why pay for separate chiropractic, osteopathy, and physiotherapy packages, when your body may only need the right combination of each?
You're not imagining it. Neck and shoulder pain like yours has a pattern. If it keeps coming back, there's a reason that hasn't been found yet.
"I wake up in the middle of the night because there's no comfortable position for my shoulder."
By morning, you're already exhausted before the day even begins.
"Lifting my arm to put on a shirt or comb my hair has become a slow and difficult operation."
Some days, even simple movements feel difficult. Everyday tasks now take more thought than they used to.
"I've tried massage, TCM, stretching, maybe even a physio session, it helped for two days. Then it came back."
It keeps coming back because the real cause may still be there.
"My neck locks up by 3pm at my desk, every single day."
The stiffness has become so normal you've stopped mentioning it. But it's quietly getting worse.
Here's what most people don't know: recurring pain isn't bad luck. It's a signal that the root cause hasn't been identified, and every week it goes untreated, recovery takes longer.
Most treatments focus on where it hurts. We focus on why it hurts. We solve what temporary fixes never could.
We Find the Root Cause, Not Just the Pain Location
Your session begins with a thorough assessment, followed by hands-on treatment within the same visit. Sessions are typically approximately 1 hour, depending on your condition and what is required on the day.
We evaluate how your whole body moves, looking at movement patterns, posture, strength, and pain behaviour. The back itself does not always cause back pain. Hip misalignment, shoulder imbalance, or poor core stability can all add strain to your lower back.
While many clinics focus only on where it hurts, we identify where the problem starts and treat it accordingly. Our focus is not on session duration, but on delivering meaningful, lasting results through a comprehensive and personalised approach.

I've had this pain for years. Is it too late to fix it?
It's not too late, but we won't pretend it's as simple as treating a fresh injury. Chronic pain often involves compensatory movement patterns, reduced mobility, and sometimes structural changes that require careful, structured treatment. The important thing to know is that the longer it is left unaddressed, the longer recovery can take. If you've had this for years, the best time to start a proper treatment plan is today. Book a consultation and we'll give you an honest assessment of what's possible for your specific condition.
What happens at my first session? What should I expect?
Your first session is approximately 1 hour and includes both assessment and hands-on treatment. We start by analysing your movement, posture, strength imbalances, and pain patterns across your whole body to understand the root cause of your condition. This is then followed by targeted treatment based on what we find during the assessment.
Most patients experience a noticeable sense of relief from their initial pain after just one session. However, while this is an important first step, recovery doesn't end here. The focus is not only on short-term relief, but also on preventing relapse and addressing the underlying causes to reduce the chance of the same issue returning.
Before you leave, you'll receive a clear explanation of what's driving your condition and a personalised recovery plan outlining the next steps if further care is needed.
I'm not sure if I need Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, or Osteopathy - how do I know which?
Most patients arrive confused about which discipline they need, and that's completely normal. Our assessment determines which approach, or combination is the most appropriate for your specific condition. You may be assigned to one specialist or receive a blended approach. Either way, the plan is built around your body. Fill in the form and we'll guide you from there.
How long before I see real results?
Phase 1 focuses on pain relief to help reduce discomfort and improve mobility, Phase 2 addresses the underlying movement dysfunction contributing to the issue, and Phase 3 builds long-term strength, stability, and resilience to reduce the risk of recurrence. Recovery progression varies depending on the condition and individual presentation, and your plan is regularly reassessed and adjusted as you move through each stage.
The sooner you start, the sooner you can begin progressing towards recovery.
