Refund, Cancellation & Package Policy
At Orchard Health Clinic, we are committed to transparency and fair practices. Please review the following terms carefully before making
any purchase.
All payments made for treatments, services, and packages are strictly non-refundable once purchased, except as outlined below.
By proceeding with any purchase, you acknowledge that you have been informed of and agree to these terms.
Appointment & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request that all cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice will be considered a late cancellation and the session will be fully charged or deducted from your package.
If you are feeling unwell, please inform us as early as possible and we will be happy to assist with rescheduling your appointment.
Arrival Time
First Visit: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow for registration.
Subsequent Visits: Please arrive on time. As a courtesy to other patients, we are unable to extend your session if you arrive late.
Cooling-Off Period
A cancellation request may be submitted in writing within forty-eight (48) hours from the time of purchase, provided that no treatment session has been utilised.
Approved cancellations within this period will be subject to:
- A 25% administrative fee to cover processing and operational costs
- Recalculation of any utilised sessions at full prevailing ala carte rates (non-discounted), if applicable
No cancellations will be accepted once any session has been utilised.
After Cooling-Off Period
After forty-eight (48) hours from the time of purchase:
- All payments are strictly non-refundable
- No refunds will be provided for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Relocation
- Personal circumstances
- Failure to utilise sessions
All packages are considered confirmed and binding upon expiry of the cooling-off period.
Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional situations (e.g. certified medical conditions), requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If a refund is approved at the sole discretion of the clinic:
- All utilised treatments will be recalculated at full prevailing ala carte rates
- Any promotional, discounted, or complimentary sessions will be voided
- An administrative fee of not less than 30% will be applied to the remaining balance
Transfer & Package Flexibility
As an alternative to refunds, we offer the following options:
- Packages may be transferred or shared with family and friends
- Packages may be held with no expiry, subject to clinic approval
Additional Conditions
- No refunds will be provided for packages purchased under promotional, bundled, or special pricing
- No refunds will be provided for partially utilised packages where only complimentary sessions remain
- All decisions made by the clinic will be fair, reasonable, and final
