Jerome is a passionate and thoughtful Physiotherapist who believes in restoring function and confidence through personalised, whole-person care. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Physiotherapy from Trinity College Dublin, and spent several years in Singapore’s public healthcare sector, where he gained extensive experience treating patients across all age groups and a wide range of conditions. His background in community care has shaped his approach —one that is patient-focused, evidence-informed, and rooted in empathy.
Jerome has worked with a wide spectrum of cases, from post-operative orthopaedic recovery to cardiopulmonary, geriatric, chronic musculoskeletal, and neurological rehabilitation. Over time, he developed a strong clinical interest in geriatric care, recognising the importance of mobility and independence in one’s golden years. He also specialises in managing neurological and musculoskeletal conditions such as migraines, headaches, and herniated discs—conditions that require a careful, considered, and multi-dimensional approach to treatment.
With a calm and supportive presence, Jerome integrates various techniques into his care, including manual therapy, dry needling, and individualised exercise prescription. Beyond treatment, he is deeply committed to empowering patients with knowledge—ensuring they understand the ‘why’ behind their pain and feel confident in managing their own recovery. His goal is not just to help people heal, but to restore their ability to engage fully in the activities that bring them joy and purpose.
Whether helping a senior regain mobility, or guiding someone through chronic pain, Jerome brings clarity, compassion, and clinical excellence to every session—walking alongside his patients on their journey toward better health and well-being.
