Nicola is an Australian-trained Osteopath who is passionate about helping patients better understand their bodies, relieve pain, and move with confidence. Known for her holistic and patient-centred approach, she places strong emphasis on education and clear communication so patients feel supported, informed, and empowered throughout their care.
Born and raised in Australia, Nicola completed her Master of Health Science (Osteopathy) at Victoria University. Early in her career, she moved to Mexico where she taught medical English to healthcare professionals, and as a result she is able to assist patients in both English and Spanish.
Nicola has been living and practising in Singapore as a registered Osteopath, treating a diverse range of patients including locals and expatriates. She commonly works with conditions such as back and neck pain, headaches, postural strain from desk work, sports injuries, and pregnancy-related discomfort.
Throughout her clinical training and professional experience, Nicola has completed placements in sporting clubs, aged care facilities, and rehabilitation centres. She has also undertaken further training in cranial osteopathy and paediatrics, allowing her to specialize in babies and children.
Nicola uses a combination of hands-on osteopathic techniques including soft tissue therapy, joint mobilisation, cranial osteopathy, and fascial release. By tailoring each treatment to the individual, she focuses on addressing the root cause of pain while helping patients achieve lasting recovery and improved overall wellbeing.
